JDA meticulously refurbished the original elements of this Grade II Listed residential property, as well as demolishing an existing split level rear addition in favour of a new rear extension with a structural glass infill. 

Introducing an external stair, with traditional cast iron railings, to the front light well improved the functionality of the house as well as returning a detail lost from the original property. The project also included significant waterproofing details to the lower ground floor, as well as a replacement roof. 

Unique large joinery in the en-suite bathroom appeased the planner’s objections to disruption of formal living spaces.
